About Our Training Programs
House of Speed provides the best available sport-specific performance training. House of Speed is continuously developing and refining the most current training techniques, enabling athletes to increase their overall speed, strength, explosiveness, agility and sport-specific ability. Our curriculum and weight training techniques were developed and designed by Don Beebe and Dr. Jeffrey Schutt who are well-known as leaders in the industry.
Our athletes compete in a wide variety of sports and are of diverse age ranges and skill levels. Therefore, House of Speed designed its training programs to be diverse to meet the needs of each athlete. For example, our programs incorporate performance training and sport-specific training. Performance training is designed solely to make the athlete faster, stronger, more agile and explosive. Sport-specific training is designed to target athletic ability in the sport in which the athlete competes. House of Speed has a customized training program for every sport, every position, and every skill level.
Private/ Semi Private Training
Individual training or small group training is our most extensive and in-depth type of training. Designed for 5 athletes or less, it’s for athletes who want to come at least once a week to focus on areas to strengthen them in their sport.
This is our best value. We invite athletes from all sports ages 8 and up. You must sign up for a minimum of 4 classes. Our Sport Performance training is designed to relate to each sport you play: Football volleyball, basketball, baseball, soccer, track and field, etc. Please call any of our locations for pricing information.
Join us for one of our fun and challenging speed camps! Athletes from all sports are welcome. As the sports world has become more competitive, speed and agility have become very important qualities for athletes to possess. House of Speed’s experienced instructors will help you identify problems in your running form that are preventing you from reaching your top potential running speed. With a focus on footwork, balance, and explosive drills, we can help an athlete become quicker and more agile. Improvements made in these areas will result in improved performance in your particular sport.

This is set up for teams or groups of individuals who want to train together. This usually includes athletes who are in the same sport or same positions. Pricing depends on how many athletes are in each group, and where the training is held. We do travel to high school and college locations.
You have one shot at the NFL and that dream begins with the NFL Scouting combine. House of Speed’s combine training is for football players who need specific training for local or national combines. Learn techniques that have been implemented by our founder, Don Beebe who set 2 records at the NFL combine in 1989.
Our program will focus on performance of the combine drills by improving technique, speed, flexibility, strength and off-field testing. Your workouts will be customized to address your individual strengths and weaknesses. You will leave House of Speed with the confidence you need in order to succeed at the NFL Scouting Combine.
